The automobile air conditioner pressure switch is a part to protect the air conditioner refrigeration, it can adjust the pressure in time.When the refrigerant pressure in the air conditioning system is too high or too low, the pressure switch is turned off, so that the compressor does not work (the pressure switch and other switches control the relay to control the compressor) and protect the system components from damage.Generally divided into two-state pressure switch and three-state pressure switch. The pressure switch is generally connected to the compressor, the condenser electric fan or the water tank fan. It is controlled by the ECU on the car and controls the opening of the fan according to the pressure change in the air conditioner. Turn off, or the air volume, when the pressure is too high, the compressor will stop working to protect the system.

After the condensed gas, it becomes a liquid and discharges a large amount of heat.The refrigerant liquid with higher temperature and pressure is turned into low-temperature misty droplets through the expansion valve device. Finally, the mist refrigerant enters the evaporator and absorbs a large amount of heat in the process of evaporating into a gas.When the car air conditioner is in use, when there are abnormal conditions such as blockage of the cooling fins, non-rotating cooling fans, or excessive refrigerant, the system pressure will be too high. If it is not controlled, the high pressure will damage the system components.
