What is normally open

Normally open. When the device is not energized, the contacts on it are in an open state, and only after the device is energized can it become a closed state. This kind of contact is called “normally open contact”, or “normally open” for short.

Through the instability jump and recovery action of the butterfly-shaped metal diaphragm,  the on and off states of the circuit is realized, so as to control the start-stop state of the equipment.The pressure setting is fixed and cannot be adjusted after leaving the factory. There are usually two states of normally closed or normally open.The working principle of a normally closed switch is that the switch is normally in the closed state, that is, Power-on state ,When the pressure of the equipment rises to the set pressure, in order to protect the safety of the equipment, the pressure switch will be switched to the power-off state. At the same time, the equipment will stop pressurizing.At this time, the equipment pressure begins to drop. When it drops to the set starting pressure value, the pressure switch will switch to the energized state, and the equipment will restart to work.Repeating this way ensures that the equipment will not be damaged due to too high pressure, and will not affect production due to too low pressure.The pressure in the equipment is perfectly in a suitable range.
