Pressure transmitters are generally used in industrial control automation.Installed in a place where the pressure needs to be read, such as a pipe or a storage tank。It can convert pressure signals such as gas and liquid into current or voltage signals,These current or voltage signals will be provided to recorders, regulators, alarms and other instruments, so as to achieve the role of measurement, recording and adjustment. Pressure transmitter is used to measure the pressure difference of gas, liquid or steam in the process pipeline or tank, and through data conversion, the measured differential pressure value is converted into a current signal output.
So what preparations do the pressure transmitter need to do before installation?
1. Check the equipment:Since the equipment provider and the designer have different models, it is necessary to determine the corresponding transmitter according to the range, the design and installation method, and the material required by the process medium.

Determine the installation location:Various series of pressure transmitters should adopt a waterproof and dust-proof structure and can be installed in any place.However, considering the convenience of daily operation and maintenance, extending the service life, and ensuring reliability, the installation location has the following requirements:
3. There is enough working space around, and the distance from adjacent objects (in any direction) is greater than 0.5m;
4.There is no serious corrosive gas around;
5. Free from the surrounding heat radiation and direct sunlight;
6.To prevent the vibration of the transmitter and the pressure guiding tube (capillary tube) from interfering with the output, the transmitter should be installed in a place without large vibration.
