The difference between sensors and pressure transmitters is …..

A: Nowadays, sensors are composed of two parts, namely sensitive components and conversion components.

The sensitive component refers to the part of the sensor that can directly sense or respond to the measured part;

The conversion element refers to the part of a sensor that converts the measured signal sensed or responded to by the sensitive element into an electrical signal suitable for transmission or measurement.

Due to the weak output signal of the sensor, it is necessary to modulate and amplify it.

With the development of integration technology, people have also installed this part of the circuit and power supply circuits together inside the sensor. In this way, the sensor can output usable signals that are easy to process and transmit.

B: The so-called sensor refers to the sensitive component mentioned above, while the transmitter is the conversion component mentioned above. A pressure transmitter refers to a pressure sensor that uses output as the standard signal, and is an instrument that converts pressure variables proportionally into standard output signals.
