1. It is applied to hydraulic system

Pressure sensors can be installed in the nozzles, hot runner systems, cold runner systems, and mold cavities of injection molding machines, and they measure the plastic pressure somewhere between the injection molding machine’s nozzle and the mold cavity during injection molding, molding, packing, and cooling.

Pressure sensors are commonly used in air presses, as well as air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and these sensor products are small in size, easy to install, and the pressure guide port is generally designed with a special valve pin. Some of the signal output of the pressure sensor is not amplified, and the full-scale output is only tens of millivolts, while some pressure sensors have an internal amplification circuit, and the full-scale output is 0~2V. As for how to receive the display instrument, it depends on how large the range of the instrument is, if there is a gear suitable for the output signal, you can measure it directly, otherwise you need to add a signal adjustment circuit.
