Pre startup inspection:
1. Check the fresh air valve to ensure it is in the open state;
2. Check the air supply valve to ensure it is in the open state;
3. Check the environment/technology conversion air valve, which is normally in the closed state;
4. Check whether the 1st and 2nd level filters in the air conditioning room are blocked;
5. Are the air valves in the later section open;
6. Check the sprinkler water tank to ensure it is at full water level. Check the fan and ensure there are no foreign objects inside the air conditioning room.
Power on:
1. Manually turn on the water pump and start running at a low frequency of 15HZ. Check the water level in the tank and gradually increase it to the required HZ;
2. Manually start the required HZ for gradually increasing the supply fan;
3. Manually turn on the booster fan to gradually increase the required HZ;
4. After checking that the temperature, humidity, and pressure have stabilized, record the operating frequency of each motor during manual operation. Then, set reasonable upper and lower limits for each motor on the Digivent interface and switch it to automatic mode.
Daily inspection:
1. Check for sensors with abnormal data (temperature, humidity, pressure difference, etc.) through computer recording curves and duty records.
2. Check for motor vibration, air ducts, and abnormal protruding noises in the air conditioning room.
3. Whether the spray room, spray pool, and nozzle are clean and unobstructed;
4. Do the 1st and 2nd stage filter bags need to be replaced.
